109:17. ಜನರನ್ನು ಶಪಿಸುವುದೇ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆ ಶಾಪಗಳು ಅವನಿಗೇ ಸಂಭವಿಸಲಿ. ಅವನು ಜನರನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

109:17. ಅವನು ಶಾಪವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಅದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿ. ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ದೂರವಾಗಿರಲಿ.

109:17. He loved to curse others, so those curses have come upon him. He had no desire to bless anyone, so he has experienced no blessings.
