1:8. ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋವನು, “ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಯೋಬನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಲೋಚಿಸಿದೆಯಾ? ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನಂತೆ ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅವನು ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಕೆಟ್ಟಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡದೆ ನಿರ್ದೋಷಿಯೂ ಯಥಾರ್ಥವಂತನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

1:8. ಕರ್ತನು ಸೈತಾನನಿಗೆ--ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಯೋಬನ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀನು ಗಮನವಿಟ್ಟೆಯಾ? ಅವನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣನೂ ಯಥಾರ್ಥನೂ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವವನೂ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತೊಲಗುವವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅವನ ಹಾಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

1:8. So the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one like him on the earth, a pure and upright man, one who fears God and turns away from evil."

1:8. Then the LORD asked Satan, "Have you noticed my servant Job? He is the finest man in all the earth. He is blameless-- a man of complete integrity. He fears God and stays away from evil."

1:8. And Jehovah said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job? for there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and turneth away from evil.

1:8. And the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil?"

1:8. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that [there is] none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

1:8. And the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil?"

1:8. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job? for there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an uptight man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil.

1:8. And Jehovah saith unto the Adversary, `Hast thou set thy heart against My servant Job because there is none like him in the land, a man perfect and upright, fearing God, and turning aside from evil?`

1:8. Then the Lord said to Satan, "Have you noticed my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him. He is a good, faithful man. He respects God and refuses to do evil."

1:8. Yahweh said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant, Job? For there is none like him in the earth, a blameless and an upright man, one who fears God, and turns away from evil."

1:8.
