9:23. ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದದ್ದನ್ನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡು ಆ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಉತ್ಸವವು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವವಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದರು.
