9:8. ಈಗಲಾದರೋ ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ದಯೆ ತೋರಿಸಿರುವೆ. ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವೆ; ಗುಲಾಮತನದಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೊಸ ಜೀವ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವೆ.

9:8. ಈಗ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರು, ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಕಳೆಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ನಮ್ಮ ದಾಸತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಉಜ್ಜೀವಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ನಮಗಾಗಿ ಜನಶೇಷವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ಮೊಳೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹೊತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ದಯವು ದೊರಕಿತು.

9:8. "But now briefly we have received mercy from the LORD our God, in that he has left us a remnant and has given us a secure position in his holy place. Thus our God has enlightened our eyes and has given us a little relief in our time of servitude.

9:8. "But now we have been given a brief moment of grace, for the LORD our God has allowed a few of us to survive as a remnant. He has given us security in this holy place. Our God has brightened our eyes and granted us some relief from our slavery.

9:8. And now for a little moment grace hath been showed from Jehovah our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage.

9:8. But now, finally, you have been kind to us. You have let a few of us escape captivity and come to live in this holy place. Lord, you gave us new life and relief from our slavery.
