5:16. ಆದರೆ ಎಲೀಷನು, “ನಾನು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನಾಣೆಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನಾನು ಯಾವ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಎಲೀಷನು ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಾಮಾನನು ಬಹಳ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಎಲೀಷನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದನು.

5:16. But Elisha replied, "As certainly as the LORD lives (whom I serve), I will take nothing from you." Naaman insisted that he take it, but he refused.
