14:3. ಯೆಹೋವನು ಸರಿಯೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಮಚ್ಯನು ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕನಾದ ದಾವೀದನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಮಚ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಯೆಹೋವಾಷನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

14:3. ಅವನು ಕರ್ತನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ದನು; ಆದರೆ ತನ್ನ ಪಿತೃವಾದ ದಾವೀದನ ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ; ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಯೆಹೋವಾಷನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದನು.
