8:48. ಅವರು ಆ ದೂರದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರಿಗೆ ನೀನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿದ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಕಡೆಗೂ ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ಆರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಈ ನಗರದ ಕಡೆಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಗೌರವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ಈ ಆಲಯದ ಕಡೆಗೂ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಪಾಪಿಗಳಾದೆವು ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿ, ಪೂರ್ಣಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದಲೂ, ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಾಣದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುವುದಾದರೆ,

8:48. ತಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಾಣದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ನೀನು ಅವರ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ತಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಮಾರ್ಗ ವಾಗಿಯೂ ನೀನು ಆದುಕೊಂಡ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಮಾರ್ಗ ವಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಈ ಮಂದಿರದ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರು ನಿನಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ

8:48. When they return to you with all their heart and being in the land where they are held prisoner, and direct their prayers to you toward the land you gave to their ancestors, your chosen city, and the temple I built for your honor,

8:48. If they turn to you with their whole heart and soul in the land of their enemies and pray toward the land you gave to their ancestors-- toward this city you have chosen, and toward this Temple I have built to honor your name--

8:48. if they return unto thee with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their enemies, who carried them captive, and pray unto thee toward their land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built for thy name:

8:48. if they repent with all their mind and with all their heart in the land of their enemies, who carried them captive, and pray to you toward their land, which you gave to their fathers, the city that you have chosen, and the house that I have built for your name,

8:48. And [so] return unto thee with all their heart, and with all their soul, in the land of their enemies, which led them away captive, and pray unto thee toward their land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built for thy name:

8:48. if they repent with all their mind and with all their heart in the land of their enemies, who carried them captive, and pray to thee toward their land, which thou gavest to their fathers, the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built for thy name;

8:48. if they return unto thee with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their enemies, which carried them captive, and pray unto thee toward their land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built for thy name:

8:48. yea, they have turned back unto Thee, with all their heart, and with all their soul, in the land of their enemies who have taken them captive, and have prayed unto Thee the way of their land, which Thou gavest to their fathers, the city which Thou hast chosen, and the house which I have builded for Thy name:

8:48. They will be in that faraway land of their enemies, but they will turn back to you. They will feel sorry for their sins with their whole heart and soul. They will turn toward the land you gave their ancestors. They will look toward the city you chose and toward the Temple I built, and they will pray to you.

8:48. if they return to you with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their enemies, who carried them captive, and pray to you toward their land, which you gave to their fathers, the city which you have chosen, and the house which I have built for your name:

8:48.
