42:4. ಯಾಕೋಬನು ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. (ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನನು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ಒಡಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ತಮ್ಮನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.) ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನನಿಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಕೇಡಾಗಬಹುದೆಂಬ ಭಯ ಯಾಕೋಬನಿಗಿತ್ತು.

42:4. ಆದರೆ ಯಾಕೋಬನು ಯೋಸೆಫನ ತಮ್ಮನಾದ ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನ ನಿಗೆ ಕೇಡುಬಂದೀತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅಣ್ಣಂದಿರ ಸಂಗಡ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

42:4. But Jacob did not send Joseph's brother Benjamin with his brothers, for he said, "What if some accident happens to him?"
