24:5. ಸೇವಕನು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಆ ಕನ್ಯೆಯು ನನ್ನೊಡನೆ ಈ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ಒಪ್ಪದಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಕೇ?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು.

24:5. ಆ ಸೇವಕನು ಅವನಿಗೆ-- ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನನ್ನ್ನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಈ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವಹಾಗೆ ಆ ಕನ್ಯೆಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನೀನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಂದ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನನ್ನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗ ಬೇಕೋ ಅಂದನು.

24:5. The servant asked him, "What if the woman is not willing to come back with me to this land? Must I then take your son back to the land from which you came?"
