18:10. ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ನಾನು ಮತ್ತೆ ವಸಂತಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ಸಾರಳಿಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಗನಿರುವನು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಸಾರಳು ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು. ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಸಂಗತಿಯೂ ಕೇಳಿಸಿತು.

18:10. ಆಗ ಆತನು--ಬರುವ ವರುಷ ಇದೇ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಯ ವಾಗಿ ತಿರಿಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆಗ ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ಸಾರಳಿಗೆ ಮಗನು ಇರುವನು ಅಂದನು. ಸಾರಳು ಆತನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಳು.

18:10. One of them said, "I will surely return to you when the season comes round again, and your wife Sarah will have a son!" (Now Sarah was listening at the entrance to the tent, not far behind him.
