12. ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ಬೆಟ್ಟವನ್ನೇರಿ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಇರು. ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಲಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾನು ಬರೆದ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಆಜ್ಞೆಗೆಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

12. ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ, “ನೀನು ಬೆಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿ ಬಂದು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರು. ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಉಪದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎರಡು ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಲಗೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈ ಉಪದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಾನು ಈ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಲಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
